Our properties are located in front of one of Florianópolis’ most beautiful and most popular beaches, Praia Mole, known for its stunning backdrop, lively beach scene, crystal clear waters, world-class surfing waves, adventure sports options (kitesurfing, paragliding, rappelling and more) and the beautiful locals who frequent it. The properties are also within easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes) by private access trail to the breathtaking Lagoa da Conceição lagoon as well as the pristine coastal nature preserve Praia da Galheta. The charming Lagoa towncenter, which offers a wide array of dining, nightlife and boutique shopping options, is located just several minutes away (less than 5) by car. For daytrips and excursions, the central location of our properties on the island serves as a great launching pad to explore the many natural wonders Floripa has to offer.
Pricing and availability within each category vary depending on the time of year you plan to visit (i.e., prices go up during the South American vacation season from mid-December through March, with spikes over the weeks of New Year’s Eve and Carnaval) and the number of travelers in your group.

Situated at the very front of a secure access complex directly across from two world-class beaches (Praia Mole and Galheta) and with private access to the beautiful Lagoa da Conceicao lagoon at the rear. The townhomes range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, all with full or queen size beds.
