Booking & Cancellation Policy:

All our accommodations require 50% payment at time of booking and 50% payment 14 days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, wire transfers and bank deposits. We do not offer refunds after bookings are made but provide fully transferable credit for a period of up to 3 years if notification of changes to travel plans are provided more than 14 days prior to travel date. For cancellations made within less than 14 days of travel date, 50% of total amount due may be retained as a credit for future use within such 3 year time period. No refunds or credits are available for cancellation after initial travel date. We highly recommend purchase of travel insurance from an independent provider.
